Riley's Dance Designs
2026/27 Reservations

Booking more than one costume this season, solos, duos, trios, or groups? Please message us directly on Instagram @rileysdancedesigns so we can arrange everything together, rather than submitting separate forms.
Please note: we are fully booked for new custom design work through December 2026. We are, however, still able to take Sur Mesure bookings from our existing design range during this time. Please contact us on Instagram @rileysdancedesigns with the style you're looking for, and we'll suggest options from our Sur Mesure tier range. Rhinestone detailing is discussed on a case-by-case basis. New custom bookings (Atelier and Atelier Couture) can be scheduled for a shipping date of January 2027 or later.

This is where it starts. The Atelier is Riley's by-appointment only design studio. Every costume is built from scratch around your dancer, your music and your choices. Made with Riley's signature aesthetic. Your Design Reservation Fee covers:

  • Holding your slot
  • An exclusive 1-2-1 design session with our founder
  • Original hand-drawn sketches
  • Fabric and colour sourcing
  • Rhinestone and appliqué planning
  • Your shipping week slot, secured exclusively for you

The Atelier Couture

Our highest level of custom work. Absolute exclusivity. Your design is yours alone for the full competition year, September 2026 through August 2027. No same designs. No alternative colourways. No exceptions. One design, one client. This design will not be replicated in any future season without your prior consent. As the creative owner and copyright holder of the design, Riley's Dance Designs makes the final decision if we are unable to reach you after a genuine attempt to ask, or if there is a genuine dispute over whether a new piece counts as the same design. Shipping date MUST be 3 weeks before your first competition date, plus lead time of 12 weeks minimum, unless agreed directly.

The Atelier

Custom. Your original remains one of a kind for the current competition year, September 2026 through August 2027 — your exact costume and colourway will not be replicated during this time. Similar designs and alternate colourways are protected for 3 months, after which Riley's Dance Designs may accept requests for those if approached. From the following season, an exact replica of your design may also be made for another client. Shipping date MUST be 3 weeks before your first competition date, plus lead time of 12 weeks minimum, unless agreed directly.

Sur Mesure (Semi-Custom)

Sur Mesure starts with a design you already know. Choose from any Riley's Costume in our collection and make it yours: a new colourway, a different fabric, an adjusted length or fit. Same construction quality, shaped around your choices. Please contact us for our complete collection of designs we can offer that haven't been posted to our social media pages. Shipping date MUST be 3 weeks before your first competition date, plus lead time of 8 weeks.

After we have received a completed form and design fee, we will email you with next steps. Please allow 4-7 working days for your booking & quote confirmation during busy season. Forms completed without a Design Reservation Fee will not be accepted.

Date must be a Monday and must be 3 weeks before you hit the stage. Failure to comply puts your reservation at risk. We are currently paused on bookings through December 2026 — the earliest available shipping date is January 2027.

This is the absolute maximum you're able to go, not a target or a starting point. Your Max Budget determines what design, fabric, and rhinestone level we're able to offer you, so please make sure it's accurate before submitting.
A Design Reservation Fee is required to complete your booking. You'll choose your currency and see the exact amount on the confirmation page, along with a secure Wise payment link. Your booking is not held until this fee is received. Submitting this form without intending to pay takes a slot away from another family and will not be tolerated.
